Job Description
Organizational Development:
- Design and implement OD strategies aligned with business objectives, culture, and future capabilities.
- Lead change management initiatives including restructuring, culture transformation, and process optimization.
- Conduct organizational assessments (e.g., engagement surveys, talent diagnostics) and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and execute leadership development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
- Facilitate learning sessions, team effectiveness workshops, and leadership coaching programs.
- Monitor effectiveness of OD programs through KPIs and feedback, continuously improving approach and tools.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level and strategic positions.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build workforce plans accordingly.
- Design and implement employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, platforms, and talent pools.
- Oversee and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and use data for continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding strategy in alignment with organizational culture and performance expectations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience, with solid exposure to both OD and talent acquisition.
- Proven success in leading large-scale change initiatives and organizational effectiveness projects.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and facilitation skills.
