The security department is responsible for ensuring the security of the company's people and assets, while securing the existence of a safe environment. This involves protecting against physical threats, developing and implementing security procedures, conducting risk assessments, managing the governmental relations, and coordinating with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed.
