Job Description:
- Distribute the sales' targets among the sales representatives' level
- Direct sales representatives and solve their problems, and any customer issues related to the routes under their supervision
- Ensure clear routes based on geo mapping, periodically follow up on the routes, and match actual locations with their coordinates
- Add new customers to the routes, if applicable based on company strategies
- Update customers' lists, frequency of visits and removal of non-active customers from the routes as per company policy
- Follow up on the sales representatives' work through field visits and submit reports of them
- Follow up on monthly offers, and review them with the sales representatives to help increase the percentage of sales
- Perform daily field visits to evaluate, coach, and report the sales team's performance (gate-to-gate & follow-up visits)
- Continuously report competitors' market activities
- Follow up on commercial marketing equipment (displays at customers) and periodically report their status
- Develop the skills of sales representatives and improve their performance
- Follow up daily on the efficiency of the sales representatives and provide coaching to ensure performance improvement
- Ensure completing the "steps of the call"
- Ensure the company policies internal & external are followed and implemented by the sales team
- Cover The Sales Representative & Spare Sales Representative in case both are absent
- Implement company policies
Qualifications & Experience:
- University Graduate
- 3-5 years of sales experience
