Job Description
- Create and frequently update the Digital Calendar
- Responsible for communication and frequent updates on All Digital Platforms
- Ensure the Company Website & All Social Media Platforms are working smoothly and updated (collaborate with other departments when needed )
- Responsible for script writing and content creation when needed.
- Responsible for Digital Platforms Mediation
- Lead in the projects of Internal Branding and Campaigns
- Organize and Plan Team building and Sales Conference Activities (Preparation and On-Ground excecution)
- Breif the Sales Communication Specialist to deliver digital designs for posts on time and ensure they follow the Digital Calendar
- Make sure the Sales Communication Specialist adheres to standards around design, brand and industry related communication constrains
- Implement any other tasks as requested
- Follow company's policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc. Holder in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- English proficiency
- MS Office knowledge
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Basic Digital Design (Canva & Photoshop)
- Content Creation
- Website creation is a plus
