The Sales department is responsible for generating revenue by selling PMI products to the customers across Egypt while maintaining a strategic contribution of each sales channel.
This involves developing sales strategies that lead to flagging our key focus areas in terms of safety, compliance, route to market, performance management, automation, and efficiencies, while focusing on the Sales team development and engagement.
The Sales department also conducts market intelligence researches and collaborates with other stakeholders to ensure that PMI products are effectively distributed, differentiated from competitors, and meeting consumer expectations.
