Job Description
- Direct sales representatives and solve their problems, and any customer issues related to the routes under their supervision.
- Managing MT customers and handling their day-to-day requirements.
- Follow up on the implementation of the contractual agreements’ terms & conditions.
- Managing Customers credit/debit balance, following up on outstanding dues settlement.
- Distributing sales targets among the sales representatives' level.
- Add new customers to the routes, if applicable.
- Follow up on customers’ orders and vehicles loading and review the quantities from each brand.
- Update customers' lists and remove non-active customers from the routes.
- Perform daily field visits to evaluate, coach, and report the sales team's performance (gate-to-gate & random visits).
- Continuously report competitors' market activities.
- Follow up on commercial marketing equipment (displays at customers) and periodically report their status.
- Follow up daily on the efficiency of the sales representatives and provide coaching to ensure performance improvement.
- Ensure the company policies are followed and implemented by the sales team.
- Responsible of the daily plan for the sales representatives.
- Implement company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University Graduate
- 2-5 years of MT experience within FMCG Companies
