Job Description
- Importation Management:
- Manage and coordinate the entire logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the movement of goods to and from suppliers and Factory.
- Logistics Management:
- Ensure that shipments comply with local and international regulations, including customs clearance. and documentation requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of necessary paperwork (e.g., invoices, bills of landing, customs forms) for shipments.
- Address and resolve any issues related to transportation delays, stock shortages, damaged goods, or customs clearance challenges.
- Follow-up the procedures of receiving the original documents for air and sea freights from Philip Morris Egypt.
- Determined the missing bandrol stamps to pay taxes and customs fees.
- Process Optimization:
- Implement and maintain best practices for efficient logistics operations.
- Track performance metrics to measure and improve the efficiency of logistics operations.
- Follow-up the procedures of receiving the original documents for air and sea freights from Philip Morris Egypt.
- Responsible for purchasing, receiving and shipping the bandrol stamps.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, including key metrics like shipment status, cost analysis, and inventory turnover shadowing the progress.
- Monitor budget and ensure cost-effective logistics operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain. Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in logistics management.
- Excellent Command of English Skills.
