Job Description:
- Design HR department analysis reports.
- Maintained database, policies, guidelines in a useable platform
- Support the HR team with reference to reports analysis.
- Act as mediator, focal point with the IT for any HR related applications, projects
Qualifications & Experience:
- Soled analytical skills.
- Excellent numerical abilities
- High communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Power PI, Excel along with any other applications
- Result oriented
- Team player
- BSc. in any discipline
- Excellent command of English.
- 3:5 years’ experience in the same filed
