Job Description:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making.
- Maintain and update HR databases and HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and employee performance. Support manpower planning by tracking approved vs. actual headcount.
- Assist in analyzing recruitment metrics and hiring trends.
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights for improvement.
- Support HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting for HR activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather required HR data and information.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Fluent in English
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.
- Experience in using Online Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
