Job Description 

  • Operational Finance:
  • Oversee daily financial operations to ensure efficient financial processes and controls.
  • Internal Controls:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure adherence to established financial policies and procedures.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Lead the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure proper documentation.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
  • Provide financial forecasts and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred, such as an MBA.
  • Professional Experience:
  • 12 to 15 years of total experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Previous experience in a large-scale distribution or similar industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal control frameworks.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support strategic initiatives.
  • Additional Information:
  • This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strategic mindset and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and strong leadership qualities to drive financial excellence within the organization.
